Why Do We Change Our Cocktail Menu?
When an entirely new signature cocktail menu is created, it’s designed to reflect the changing seasons. HIDE implements some of the latest trends in mixology, which puts us at the forefront for evolving tastes of Dallas cocktail fans.
Principal Bartender and Director of Beverage Scott Jenkins and his team of expert bartenders have been working overtime to create, test (tough duty, but someone has to do it!) and perfect the Spring/Summer drink menu for 2018. The team is proud to announce that their work is complete and a resounding success.
The tasty result of all this creative work is 18 new HIDE signature cocktails! Whether you are craving a refreshing libation or something on the bolder side of the aisle, HIDE’s team has created a cocktail sure to fit the bill.
New Refreshing Cocktails in Deep Ellum
Blush
Those seeking an approachable, refreshing drink will find lots of choices, including Blush, HIDE’s first sake based cocktail. Made with:
- Junmai-ginio sake
- Clarified strawberry
- Lemon
Infused with carbonation!
Blush has quickly become a favorite.
Green Tara
Another soothing cocktail choice is Green Tara. Made with:
- Vodka
- Jasmine green tea
- Pear liqueur
- Vanilla bean as well
- Lemon and lime

7 Mile Punch

Despite its simplistic name, it is a delicious, complex cocktail made with:
- Overproof rye whiskey
- Cocchi dopo (hence the name)
- Apricot
- Oloroso sherry
- Peychaud’s bitters
Served in a chilled glass flask!

Mary en Provence
If one’s palate leans savory, HIDE’s Proud Mary en Provence should be the ticket. It is crafted with:
- French gin
- Clarified tomato
- Lemon
- Herbs de provence and cardamom.
