When HIDE’s Director of Beverage Scott Jenkins and Proprietor Nick Backlund were refining the concept that would eventually become HIDE, their vision for HIDE’s libations was crystal clear. That vision started with fresh, natural ingredients and top shelf liquor.
It took further shape through a marriage of creativity, innovative technology and leading edge mixology, resulting in a menu filled with adventurous, creative and delicious cocktails. To further enhance the guest experience at their Deep Ellum location, Scott and Nick decided to make the drinks the main attraction. We shun the theatrics so prevalent at some cocktail establishments.
The results have been received with some serious accolades including HIDE being named Best New Bar in Dallas for 2017. As always, Scott and Nick encourage you to come to Deep Ellum and experience HIDE for yourself!

There are no shortcuts to seriously good cocktails and the same can be said for great food. And, in its Deep Ellum kitchen HIDE’s culinary staff goes to great lengths to make sure it’s upscale spin on classic comfort foods delivers great flavors that live up to the quality of HIDE’s cocktails.
Choose the grilled cheese sandwich with French triple cream brie, provolone and white American cheeses, the double cheeseburger with bacon or something on the lighter side like HIDE’s vegetarian sandwich. Ask your bartender or server what might pair best with your meal and be ready for a real treat.
