When we launched one of the best Deep Ellum Bars in late January of 2017 we made several commitments to ourselves and our guests. We promised we would always provide every guest with an exceptional cocktail experience and couple that experience with attentive service and excellent made from scratch food.
Spring and Fall Menu Rollouts
As part of our commitment to exceptional cocktails for each and every Hide guest, we decided to keep things fresh and exciting by launching a new cocktail menu twice a year. In mid-April we roll out our Spring/Summer offerings. And, in mid-October, we launch our Fall/Winter menu. With each roll out, we keep the most popular items from previous menus and replace other cocktails with new Hide creations that are seasonal libations.
A Cocktail for Everyone
We use many different spirits in our creations. Several of the cocktails on each menu feature tried and true spirits such as rye, bourbon and scotch whiskey as well as favorites like vodka, gin, tequila and mezcal. Other libations introduce guests at our Deep Ellum location to highly unique sprits such as Genever, Suze, Italicus and Armagnac.
Finding the Drink Just For You
Each menu is categorized to allow guests to easily identify a cocktail they will enjoy based on their palate and mood. Categories include Brave, Spirited, Comforting and Refreshing. And, each menu contains an Experimental section for those seeking a bit of an adventure.
No matter if a guest prefers a classic cocktail or wants to experience a unique Hide creation, we believe each guest will have an exceptional cocktail experience, an experience unlike any other Deep Ellum bar. And, many now believe Hide is unique in all of Dallas, with Hide having just been named the Best New Bar in Dallas for 2017 by the Dallas Observer.
Our bar is tucked away in a comfortable, industrial space in the Deep Ellum district of Dallas, TX at 2816 Elm St. We hope you can join us soon.
